2. Products and Availability

LÉGÈRE sells luxury loungewear: long sleeve top, tank top, shorts, and lounge pants. All products are manufactured in Romania.

We reserve the right to modify our product range, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the product description and that it meets your needs.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website include VAT and are shown in Romanian Lei (RON). Delivery costs are displayed separately at checkout.

We accept payment by:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — processed securely via Shopify Payments
Other methods displayed at checkout

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email.

4. Placing Orders

By completing your order, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive your order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and any amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Romania takes an estimated 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently deliver within Romania only. For international orders, please contact us at office@legereofficial.com.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical delivery of the products.

6. Right of Withdrawal (OUG 34/2014)

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at office@legereofficial.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires.

The product must be returned within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw. Products must be:

Unworn and unwashed
With all original tags attached
Free from perfume, makeup, or any alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used at purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Returns and Exchanges

LÉGÈRE accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

Products showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, email us at office@legereofficial.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Products carry a legal warranty of conformity under Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and EU Directive 2019/771. If a product has a conformity defect, please contact us at office@legereofficial.com to arrange an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on legereofficial.com — including text, images, logos, design, and the LÉGÈRE brand — is the exclusive property of the company or is used with the rights holders' consent. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

LÉGÈRE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products, to the extent permitted by applicable Romanian law.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. Full details on data processing are available in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact us first at office@legereofficial.com to find an amicable resolution.
