Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Within Romania

We currently deliver to addresses within Romania only. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or collection. LÉGÈRE is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon physical delivery. Ownership of the products transfers once full payment has been received.

International Orders
